Cubot Tab 70 Launched Officially Featuring 8200 MAh Battery

Cubot Tab 70 is launched by a renowned Chinese electronics manufacturer Cubot. It expanded its product lineup with the introduction of the Tab 70, which offers dual SIM support and a range of impressive features. This article provides an overview of the Cubot Tab 70, along with its price and specifications.

As of now, the Cubot Tab 70 is available in the European market, priced at approximately 180 Euros. While there is no official confirmation regarding its release in Nepal, if it becomes available, the expected price would be around NPR 32,000.

Design and Display

The Cubot Tab 70 boasts a sleek monotone finish, giving it a modern and minimalist appearance. Its dimensions are 257.6 x 169 x 8.1 mm, and it weighs 555 grams, making it relatively portable for a tablet of its size. The device features a 10.95-inch IPS LCD display with 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, providing clear visuals for everyday tasks.

Performance

Under the hood, the Tab 70 is powered by the Unisoc Tiger T616 octa-core processor, which includes two Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8 GHz. This setup ensures smooth performance for multitasking and general usage. The tablet comes with 6 GB of RAM, expandable up to 16 GB, and offers 128 GB of internal storage. Users can expand storage up to 1 TB via a TF card; however, it’s important to note that the device does not have a dedicated slot for storage expansion, meaning users will need to choose between a dual SIM setup or additional storage.

Battery and Camera

Equipped with an 8200 mAh battery, the Cubot Tab 70 supports 10W wired charging, ensuring extended usage on a single charge. In terms of photography, the tablet features a dual rear camera setup comprising a 16 MP main camera and a 2 MP macro lens, capable of recording videos at 1080p@30fps. For selfies and video calls, there is an 8 MP front-facing camera.
