John Whitlow, an experienced IT manager, has joined the board of Nixon Hire as chief information officer to lead a planned digital transformation strategy

Whitlow has already been a consultant to Nixon Hire since June 2022 and will lead the next phase of the company’s multi-million-pound digital transformation.

The plan is to embed data capture, analysis and insights alongside artificial intelligence at the core of the business.

Whitlow’s previous experience covers IT roles across the financial services, legal, higher education, and healthcare sectors.

Nixon Hire is promising that its digital transformation will give customers “a smarter, more seamless experience with greater accountability, measurability and stronger results”.

Internally, IT innovation is also expected to make the business more efficient, with AI simplifying routine tasks, resulting in “smoother operations and faster, data-driven decision-making across the depot network.
