Towcester Park is set to be a 1.1 million sq ft development, creating 1,500 jobs when fully occupied.
Buildings will feature HQ style office space, roof terraces on outboard offices and reception areas and high quality working environments. IMP is targeting EPC A and BREEAM Excellent ratings.
The site will also include 15 acres of green space and landscaping.
